# CRM - Instruções para Registro Manual de Ligações

#### Veja como registrar manualmente as ligações feitas para as Oportunidades, ideal para casos em que você não utiliza um VoIP integrado à nossa plataforma — como chamadas feitas por WhatsApp, telefone fixo ou outros VoIPs sem integração.

Confira os passos a seguir para realizar esse procedimento:

1. Acesse a funcionalidade "CRM":\
   Pelo “Encontrar Serviços”. Ou basta digitar o nome, que a função aparece.
