# CRM - Como mover oportunidades por automação

Você também pode mover oportunidades de funil ou etapa por meio das automações de CRM. 

Neste exemplo, faremos uma automação de etapa, em que quando o lead responder a mensagem, vamos mover a oportunidade para a etapa seguinte dentro do mesmo funil.

Siga o passo a passo abaixo:

1 - Acesse CRM;

2 - Clique no ícone da automação, e em seguida, clique em + para criar uma nova automação nesta etapa.<br>

3 - Adicione um título, em seguida, defina:&#x20;

* **Gatilho**: Quando o lead enviar uma mensagem >> Qualquer mensagem, e defina também o canal das mensagens.
* **Ação**: Alterar o funil/etapa da oportunidade >> Escolha o destino e salve.

Deixe apenas um único acionamento por lead, e o status aberto.
