# CRM - Como dar “Perdido” em oportunidades por data de criação de leads

Imagine que você tem um funil com oportunidades ligadas à leads antigos, e deseja alterar o status dessas oportunidades para “Perdido”.

Siga este passo a passo:<br>

1 -  Acesse o funil;

2 - Escolha o funil;

3 - Clique no ícone da automação, escolha “Automação de Funil”, e por fim selecione “\
\+ Nova automação”;

**OBS: A automação de funil executará a ação em todas as etapas.**

Mas você também pode configurar esta mesma automação por etapa, clicando no ícone + na etapa desejada.

4 - Coloque um título;&#x20;

* Em + Condição escolha “O valor do Campo do Lead >> Datada de Criação, configure conforme a data desejada;&#x20;
* Em + Ação escolha “Mudar status da oportunidade” >> Escolha o status e o motivo.&#x20;
* Selecione SIM para “Apenas um único acionamento por lead, e clique em Salvar
