# Permissões no funil de CRM

Você também pode alterar as permissões de acesso dos usuários, diretamente no funil.

Mas lembre-se: a configuração principal responsável por comandar as permissões vem do grupo de permissões, clique aqui para saber mais.

Veja o passo a passo a seguir:

1. Vá em CRM

2. Clique nas configurações de funil, vá em Lista de Funis, e clique em Configurações

3. Na parte de baixo você verá as Permissões de acesso ao funil com as seguintes opções:

* **Usuário dono e/ou departamento dono** - indica o usuário/departamento responsável pela criação do funil&#x20;
* **Somente dono e pessoas do departamento e subdepartamentos** - refere-se ao destinar ao dono do funil, podendo incluir departamentos e subdepartamentos.
* **Pessoas e departamentos específicos** -  indique pessoas e departamentos específicos.
* **Todos os departamentos** - Todos terão acesso ao funil.
