# CRM - Importando Oportunidades com Datas de Ganho Definidas

O SprintHub permite que você importe oportunidades de forma prática e organizada, inclusive com datas de ganho já definidas. Esse recurso é ideal para manter seu CRM sempre atualizado com o histórico correto de negociações.

#### Escolhendo o Funil

Antes de iniciar a importação, vá até as configurações do CRM e selecione o funil de vendas onde deseja importar as oportunidades. Cada funil possui etapas específicas e, por isso, esse passo é essencial para garantir que os dados sejam importados corretamente.

#### Iniciando a Importação

Ao clicar em "Importar Oportunidades", duas opções de arquivos estarão disponíveis:

* CSV
* XLSX

Escolha o formato do seu arquivo de planilha para seguir com a importação.

#### Observações Importantes para o Mapeamento

Confira um exemplo de uma planilha. Atente-se às linhas vazias, elas devem ser excluídas pois atrapalham o mapeamento.

#### Mapeando os campos

Atenção ao Formato de Data

Ao importar oportunidades com datas definidas, é essencial verificar:<br>

* Qual o formato da data utilizado (por exemplo: DD/MM/AAAA, YYYY-MM-DD, etc.).

#### Finalizando a Importação

Após revisar o mapeamento de todos os campos:

1. Certifique-se de que os dados estão corretos.
2. Clique em "Importar".<br>

Pronto! Suas oportunidades serão inseridas no CRM com as informações completas, incluindo as datas de ganho corretamente associadas.
