# Contatos – Como Exportar

A exportação de contatos permite baixar uma lista com os Leads cadastrados na SprintHub para análises, backups ou utilização em outras ferramentas.

### Atenção:

Não é possível exportar atendimentos, apenas Contatos.\

A exportação respeita os filtros aplicados na tela. Caso utilize filtros ou segmentos, apenas os contatos correspondentes serão exportados.

Siga o passo a passo abaixo:<br>

1. Acesse **Menu** > **Geral** > **Contatos**.

   Ou, se preferir, utilize o campo **Encontrar Serviços** e pesquise por **Exportar Contatos**.

2\. Selecione os Contatos que deseja exportar utilizando a caixa de seleção ao lado de cada nome. Em seguida, clique na opção Exportar, localizada na barra inferior da tela.

3. Escolha quais informações deseja incluir na exportação e selecione o formato de arquivo desejado (por exemplo, XLSX, CSV e JSON).
