# Chatbot – Criando Oportunidade no CRM

Essa funcionalidade permite que o **Chatbot crie automaticamente uma oportunidade no CRM**, registrando o lead diretamente no funil de vendas durante a conversa.

#### ⚙️ Como acessar

Para começar a configurar, siga o caminho abaixo:

➡️ **Menu → Conversar → Chatbot**\
ou\
🔎 **Digite “Chatbot” no campo *****Encontrar Serviço***

Depois de acessar o chatbot desejado, você poderá editar o fluxo e adicionar a ação de **Criar Oportunidade no CRM**.

#### 🛠️ Como configurar no fluxo

1️⃣ Abra o **fluxo do chatbot** que deseja editar.

2️⃣ No ponto do fluxo onde deseja registrar o lead, adicione a ação:\
➡️ **Criar Oportunidade**

3️⃣ Configure as informações da oportunidade:

* **Funil de vendas**
* **Etapa do funil**
* **Responsável**
* **Título da oportunidade** (ex: Nome do Lead)

4️⃣ **Salve e publique** o chatbot.

#### 💡 Exemplo prático

📌 Um chatbot de **solicitação de orçamento** pode criar automaticamente uma oportunidade quando o lead responde que tem interesse.

Assim, o contato já entra no **funil de vendas**, permitindo que o time comercial faça o acompanhamento.
