# Formulário Meta Ads- Rastrear página após concluir o formulário

## Na SprintHub, se o formulário do Facebook redirecionar para um site monitorado pelo sistema, esse acesso será vinculado ao Lead e registrado em seu histórico.

### Confira abaixo os passos para realizar essa configuração:

1. **Ir ao Formulário;**

* Vá em Configurações do sistema e depois em Formulários;
* Para ativar seu formulário, veja nesse link:

2. **Configurar e Salvar:**

* Faça o **mapeamento** dos campos;
* **Configure** o rastreamento das páginas;

> Sendo possível colocar mais de uma página a ser rastreada e também as tags UTM que deseja.&#x20;

* **Configure** as ações adicionais;

> Colocar **tag ao Lead** com o nome da campanha;\
> Colocar os Leads que preencheram o formulário em algum **segmento;**
>
> \
> \&#xNAN;**"Caso o formulário enviado contenha informações de um lead que já exista no sistema (com base nas suas configurações de campos com identificação única) o que devemos fazer?"**
>
> * **Criar um novo Lead:** Cria-se um novo Lead, podendo ser mesclado a duplicidade posteriormente;
> * **Atualizar Lead existente:** Atualiza os dados no Lead existente, subscrevendo as informações;
> * **Não atualizar o Lead:** Será adicionado no histórico do Lead que foi enviado o formulário novamente.

* **Salve:** Após configurar, salve a automação.
