# Transferindo Responsabilidade entre Usuários

A transferência de responsabilidade dentro do SprintHub é essencial para manter a organização e a continuidade dos atendimentos e oportunidades. Neste tutorial, vou te mostrar o passo a passo para realizar essa alteração de forma simples e rápida.

1. Acesse as Configurações do Sistema no menu principal, clique em Configurações e depois em Usuários.

2. Selecione o Usuário em que deseja realizar a transferência e clique no ícone.

3. Selecione o novo responsável e marque a opção de confirmação. Clique no botão "Transferir" para concluir a ação. Você verá a mensagem de confirmação ao final da transferência.
