# Relatórios - De Pesquisa de Satisfação

Neste exemplo, você tem uma pesquisa de satisfação no chatbot e agora deseja criar um relatório personalizado com essas informações.

1 - Vá em Relatórios;

2 - Clique em + Novo; adicione o nome; selecione Leads > Leads Criados&#x20;

* Novo Filtro > escolha o filtro Leads com o Campo > Pesquisa de Satisfação > Não está vazio

Salve o relatório.
