# Agency - White Label - Configuring a Custom Domain

The feature of **Custom Domain** allows you to use your own domain in instances created by the agency.

With this configuration, new instances will start using a custom address in the format:

`instancename.yourdomain.com.br`

The certificate **SSL is automatically issued by Cloudflare**.

***

### Accessing the settings

In the agency dashboard, go to:

**Menu → Agency Information → White Label → Frontend Domain**

On this screen, it will be possible to configure the custom domain and track the instance domains.

> **Important:** If no domain is configured, new instances will be created on the platform's default domain, in the format `instancename.sprinthub.app`.

### Configuring the custom domain

Domain configuration is done in two steps.

***

#### 1. Create a CNAME record in your DNS

In your DNS provider's dashboard, such as **OVH, Registro.br, GoDaddy, Cloudflare**, among others, create a record of the type **CNAME**.

Use the following information:

| Type | Name (Host) | Value (Destination) |
| ----- | ----------- | ------------------------------- |
| CNAME | `*` | `sprinthub-front-ovh.pages.dev` |

The character `*` represents a **wildcard**. This way, the instances' subdomains can be routed automatically without the need to create an individual record for each one.

***

#### Example

When configuring the wildcard `*.yourdomain.com.br` pointing to `sprinthub-front-ovh.pages.dev`, an instance called `postobrasil` can be accessed at:

***

#### 2. Enter the base domain

After creating the CNAME record, return to the screen **White Label → Frontend Domain**.

In the field **Base Domain**, enter only the domain that will be used.

For example:

`yourdomain.com.br`

> **Attention:** enter only the domain, **without `https://` and without `*`**.

Then, click **Save and activate**.

After saving, the option **Check DNS** will be available to verify the configuration.

***

### Instance domains

In the section **Instance domains**, the hosts created automatically in Cloudflare will be displayed when an instance is registered with the feature enabled.

These domains are also registered in the central dashboard and appear in the **instance's own White Label**.

***

If there is still no instance provisioned with the feature enabled, a message will be displayed informing that no domain has been provisioned.

***

### Configuration summary

To use the custom domain:

1. Access **Agency Information → White Label → Frontend Domain**.
