The Two-Factor Login adds an extra layer of security to the account. When enabled, in addition to email and password, you will be asked for a code generated by an authenticator app at login.

How to enable or disable:

1. Access User Preferences.

2. Go to Security.

3. Find the option Two-factor login.

4. Click to enable or disable as needed.

When enable, you will need to set up an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy) to generate the access codes.

Important: The app passwords are generally only available when the two-step verification is already active.
