Tracking

With tracking configured, visitors to your site will be recorded as anonymous contacts in SprintHub. When a visitor fills out a form with their information, that data will automatically be linked to the corresponding anonymous contact, turning it into an identified contact.

Anonymous Contacts - What are they and how to view them?

Follow the steps below to set up tracking:

1. Click on “System Settings” ⚙️;

2. Go to the “Tracking”;

3. tab. Insert the code provided at the end of your site pages, right before the </body>.

Important: use this code exclusively to track third-party sites. The Landing Pages and AI Landing Pages created in SprintHub already have native tracking.

1. After finishing, click on “Save changes”.
