### 1. App download

The SprintHub VoIP installer is available within SprintHub itself. Access:

**System Settings > VoIP > VoIP Application**

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FGwz2QrPlu8BdgL8iZtSv%2F0_download.png?alt=media&amp;token=11a5c05d-ffab-49ea-88e8-a04a55b0466a" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

On this screen you will find:

* The **latest version** available for download.
* The buttons to download the installer according to your operating system (Windows, macOS or Linux).

Choose the package corresponding to your system and wait for the download to finish before proceeding with installation.

> The application is compatible with **Windows, macOS and Linux**. If you do not see your system option, contact the SprintHub administrator.

### 2. Installation and security warnings

When you open the installer for the first time, the operating system may display an alert saying the program is from an unknown developer. This is expected and **does not mean the app is unsafe** — it only means it has not yet gone through the system's full signing process. Follow the instructions below to allow it to run.

#### Windows

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FWJUEvCOvDpSXGKBHiADI%2F0_safe_windows.png?alt=media&amp;token=d18b7a53-beec-42aa-ac34-06e5160a0e91" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

When the warning **“Windows protected your PC”** appears:

1. Click on **More info**.
2. Then click **Run anyway** to start the installation.

#### macOS

<figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FfD3nhJNIZHWqBp2I09I8%2F0_safe_macos.png?alt=media&amp;token=cac00777-41cf-4346-a726-6327f2ef3602" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

On macOS, open **System Settings > Privacy & Security**:

1. Locate the section **Security**.
2. In **Allow apps from**, select **App Store and Known Developers**.
3. If the app has been blocked, scroll down and click **Open Anyway** next to the SprintHub VoIP message.

> These warnings only appear the first time you run it. After authorizing it, the app opens normally next time.

### 3. Login

The first screen is the sign-in screen. Enter the information provided by your company to log in.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FQr9Mw5KdU2juxvW4MOyl%2F1_screen_login.png?alt=media&amp;token=d8a65acd-dba9-4170-a941-b9e5c8eb1e9c" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Required fields:

* **Instance** — the name of your company registered in SprintHub (e.g., `company`).
* **User** — your corporate email (e.g., `user@company.com`).
* **Password** — the same password used in SprintHub.

Click on **Sign in** to access the application.

> If you do not know your instance or are having trouble logging in, contact the SprintHub administrator at your company.

### 4. Main menu

After logging in, you arrive at the main menu. This is where you navigate between all app functions.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FRzV5RTtfcx2AMUWllmOj%2F2_screen_menu.png?alt=media&amp;token=76930174-d050-4c11-8d23-9c436243f491" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Available options:

* **Dialer** — opens the keypad to type the number and start a call.
* **Contacts** — lists all contacts in your directory, with quick search.
* **Calls** — displays the full history of made and received calls.
* **Exit** — ends your session and returns to the login screen.

In the bottom-right corner you can see the current version of the app.

### 5. Contacts

Use this screen to quickly find who you want to call.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FttRKAnFdghyCIAbC2KdZ%2F3_screen_contacts.png?alt=media&amp;token=34e1d840-8107-45a2-b164-aa7d4fac5da0" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

How it works:

* The counter at the top shows **how many contacts were found** based on your search.
* Type in the search field to filter by name. The list updates as you type.
* Each contact shows the **name** and the **phone number**.
* Tap the three-dot menu (to the right of the contact) to see additional options.

To return to the main menu, use the **home** button in the top right corner.

***

### 6. Call history

Here you can track all recorded calls, with date, duration, and number.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2F4JA8oaCZVxBU1d4Jd4sM%2F4_screen_call_history.png?alt=media&amp;token=45ad4117-ecca-43db-a441-5e979f885a13" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

What each item shows:

* **Contact name** (or “Unknown” when the number is not registered).
* **Number** dialed or received.
* **Duration** of the call in the format `HH:MM:SS`.
* **Elapsed time** since the call (e.g., “12 days ago”).

The icon on the left indicates the type of call — answered, missed, or outgoing. Use the search field to filter by the contact's number.

***

### 7. Dialer

The dialer is the most direct way to make a manual call.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FRgCGMoxVYrtfL9AQzoiw%2F5_screen_dialer.png?alt=media&amp;token=8f589cb6-3cd7-4ab9-a014-0569235af727" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

How to use:

1. Enter the desired number using the numeric keypad.
2. The number appears at the top of the screen as you type.
3. Tap the button **green with a phone icon** to start the call.
4. Use the button **gray with an X** to delete the last digit.

The flag in the upper-left corner identifies the country of the detected number.

***

### 8. Outgoing number selection

Before completing the call, you choose **which number** the call will be made from. Useful when your company has multiple lines.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FAhsqyKTwXzjacEiaEkbn%2F6_screen_choose_out_number.png?alt=media&amp;token=72e1302d-1e43-4b2b-b183-a68868ee1ec4" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

What appears on this screen:

* At the top, the **destination number** you are about to dial.
* Just below, the list of **available outgoing numbers** for your account.
* Each option shows the country flag, the number, and a description (e.g., “Main number”, “USA restored”).

Tap the number you want to use as the call origin. The call starts automatically afterward.

***

### 9. Call in progress

During the call, this is the main screen. It shows all information about the active call.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FCvIQLDuAXoAHlfFhHUf7%2F7_screen_calling.png?alt=media&amp;token=318aaf4f-7ccf-4096-8a41-7868bbe5770e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Displayed information:

* **Contact name** (when identified).
* **To** — number being called.
* **From** — outgoing number used.
* **Elapsed time** of the call.
* **Associated company**, if any.

Controls in the bottom bar:

* **Red button** — ends the call.
* **Microphone** — turns mute on or off.
* **Speaker** — controls the volume / audio output.
* **# key** — opens the numeric keypad to send tones (DTMF), for example in IVRs.

***

### 10. Keypad during the call

This screen appears when you tap the button **#** during a call. It is used to navigate automated menus (IVRs), enter extensions, or send codes.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://684109703-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F9FzUKkagBNy5uQ7AtGNa%2Fuploads%2FYGgYW3ntXZjgvpodXwGW%2F8_screen_calling_keyboard.png?alt=media&amp;token=754220dc-873a-48b2-a369-d953c6abfb0e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

How to use:

* The digits pressed appear at the top of the screen.
* Each press sends the corresponding tone to the ongoing call.
* The bottom controls continue to work: end call, mute, audio, and close the keypad.

To return to the main call screen, tap the button again **#**.

***

### Quick tips

* Use the **dialer** for one-off numbers and the **contacts** for recurring calls.
* Always confirm the **outgoing number** before starting an important call — it appears to the recipient.
* The **history** helps you resume conversations: tap the contact to see callback options.
* The icon of **home** at the top of the screens takes you directly to the main menu at any time.
