SprintHub VoIP
This article explains how to configure and use the calling feature through the service VoIP within the platform.
Read all the requirements carefully before starting the setup.
1. Requirements
To use the calling functionality, it is necessary to:
Have previously contracted the service VoIP with the sales team;
Carry out the setup with a user who has access to the System Settings.
If the module is not yet available in your account, contact the sales team to request activation.
Only users with administrative permission will be able to:
Activate the feature;
Top up balance;
Set the support queue;
Buy mobile or landline numbers;
Configure access permissions.
2. Setup
The setup is divided into four steps:
Permission definition
Balance top-up
Number purchase
Support queue setup
2.1 Permissions
Access System Settings ⚙️→ Permissions Group and enable the following path:
SprintHub → VoIP → Dashboard, Make calls, Manage numbers and Configure queue

Important: After enabling the permissions, link the group to the corresponding department.
2.2 Balance top-up
Go to the Integrations within System Settings.
Path:
System Settings ⚙️ → Integration → VoxImplant → Settings → Open Panel
Then log in with your credentials in the panel of VoxImplant.
Open the menu (icon of three lines in the upper-left corner) and follow the path:
Billing → Make Payment

Select the desired payment method and add balance to your account.
This balance will be used for the purchase of the numbers in the next step.
2.3 Number purchase
Now, leaving the panel of the VoxImplant and returning to the SprintHub, follow the path:
Menu → General → VoIP → Numbers → New Number
Fill in the following information:
Category: VoxImplant
Country: country of the desired number
Type: mobile or landline number
Region or state: depending on the selected country
If necessary, use the Description field to detail the use of the number.
It is also possible to configure:
Call duration limit
Maximum number of calls

After filling in the information, click Save to acquire the number.
2.4 Queue setup
The support queue defines:
Which service will be used
Which users will be the operators
The call distribution rules
Therefore, this step is essential for the correct functioning of the incoming and outgoing calls.
Access:
Menu → General → VoIP → Queue

In the block builder:
Add the Operator block
Configure the service
Select the operator users
Click on Save
3. First call
After completing the settings, make a test call to validate the service’s operation.
At the top corner of the platform, open the VoIP dialer.
Click on Dial
Enter the desired number
It is recommended to use your own number for the first test

Important notes
During the test, the call may present some common situations, such as:
Go to voicemail voicemail box
Not be completed due to lack of signal
Exceed the ringing time
If this happens, check these points before concluding that there is some problem with the configuration.
