Permission Groups - Message Templates (Meta)

In SprintHub, you can grant or revoke permissions so your users can access and manage Meta message templates, such as Templates, as well as other options related to creation and editing. This ensures precise and flexible control over access to this information.

To manage permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Go to System Settings ⚙;

  2. Select the option: Permission Group;

  3. To create a new group, click “+ New Group”; to edit an existing one, click “Edit”;

  4. To activate the Message Templates (Meta) feature, simply enable the ☑️ checkbox; this process is carried out in Leads, Companies, and Opportunities;

  5. After making the changes, click “Save Changes”.

CONCLUSION:

Using permission groups for message templates (Meta) in SprintHub provides a more efficient and secure management of user access. With this approach, it is possible to define clear rules about who can create, edit, and manage Templates, ensuring greater control and organization. In addition, this structure reduces operational errors, improves compliance with the platform's guidelines, and provides more flexibility in managing permissions, optimizing collaboration within the team.
