Permission Groups - Import and Export

In SprintHub, it is possible to grant or remove permissions so that your users can import and export lists of Leads, Companies, and Opportunities, ensuring precise and flexible control over access to this information.

To manage permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Go to System Settings ⚙;

  2. Select the option: Permission Group;

  3. To create a new group, click “+ New Group”; to edit an existing one, click “Edit”;

  4. To enable the Import/Export feature, simply activate the ☑️ checkbox, with this process being done in Leads, Companies, and Opportunities;

  5. After making the changes, click “Save Changes”.

CONCLUSION:

Granting or not granting permissions to import and export data in SprintHub should be a strategic decision, aligned with your company's security and efficiency needs. Granting these permissions facilitates the flow of information and can speed up the team's work, but it also increases the risk of errors and data leaks. On the other hand, restricting access ensures greater control and security, but it can make processes slower and more centralized. The key is to find a balance between operational efficiency and information protection, adjusting permissions according to the responsibilities and trust in each team member.
