Meta Ads Form - Track page after completing the form

At SprintHub, if the Facebook form redirects to a site monitored by the system, that visit will be linked to the Lead and recorded in its history.

See below the steps to perform this configuration:

  1. Go to the Form;

  • Go to System Settings and then to Forms;

  • To activate your form, see this link:

Meta Forms
  1. Configure and Save:

  • Do the mapping of the fields;

  • Configure page tracking;

It is possible to add more than one page to be tracked, as well as the UTM tags you want.

  • Configure the additional actions;

Add tag to the Lead with the campaign name; Place the Leads that filled out the form into some segment;

"If the submitted form contains information from a lead that already exists in the system (based on your unique identification field settings), what should we do?"

  • Create a new Lead: A new Lead is created, which can later be merged if duplicated;

  • Update existing Lead: Updates the data in the existing Lead, overwriting the information;

  • Do not update the Lead: It will be added to the Lead's history that the form was submitted again.

  • Save: After configuring, save the automation.

Tracking Script

To Landing Pages native to SprintHub, there is no need to insert this Script, as they already have tracking.

And that's it, your tracked page information will already be inserted into the Leads after filling out and submitting the Facebook Form.
