# WhatsApp Web - Options: Start/Restart Service

#### When identifying errors such as <mark style="color:red;">SM1</mark>, <mark style="color:red;">SM2</mark>, <mark style="color:red;">SM4</mark> and <mark style="color:red;">SM5</mark> while sending messages via WhatsApp through SAC, or in case of freezes in the Sending Queue, it is possible to resolve the issue by restarting the WhatsApp service.

Follow the instructions below to start or restart the service:

1. Access the **System Settings** ⚙;&#x20;
2. Go to the section **Account settings**;
3. In the sub-section **WhatsApp Web**, on the connected number click **options**;&#x20;
4. Click on **Start/Restart Service** ▶ ️. Wait until the process finishes.

After completing the procedure, the WhatsApp service will be restarted correctly. This should normalize message sending via SAC and resolve any freezes in the Sending Queue.
