With this feature, you will be able to integrate communications, centralize and segment your leads coming from Facebook and Instagram, as well as create marketing campaigns and automations, managing them through SprintHub.
The accounts that will be integrated must be professional accounts, both Facebook and Instagram. Please check before proceeding.
Access System Settings

Click on Account Settings, then choose Meta Accounts, and finally Add Account

The Facebook page will open; enter the email and password and continue until you reach the screen below.

Choose the account that will be connected by checking the box, and click Register / Renew selected

To confirm that the integration was completed successfully, the status will be shown like this:

In "Options" - "Settings", you can define additional settings by platform.

If you want to enter the agent's name so it appears in the SAC, during Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct support interactions.
And whether the support case will be created when comments are received based on each post or each comment.
Every lead that contacts you through your Instagram and Facebook will appear in SAC 360. Follow the steps below to learn how to view the accounts.
Access the accounts area:

Remember that the integration will not pull in leads who sent messages before the integration, so it is necessary to create a strategy to attract these leads and have them send a message back to be registered in SprintHub.
In Attract, you will now have the option of social manager:

When you access it, the following screen will be shown:
