🔐Permission Groups - VoIP

In SprintHub, you can grant or revoke permissions so your users can access and manage Meta message templates, such as Templates, as well as other options related to creation and editing. This ensures precise and flexible control over access to this information.

To manage the permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Go to System Settings ⚙;

  2. Select the option: Permission Group;

  3. To create a new group click “+ New Group”, to edit an existing one, click “Edit”;

  4. To enable the VoIP feature, simply check the box ☑️; this process is done in Leads, Companies and Opportunities;

  5. After making the changes, click “Save Changes”.
