In SprintHub, it is possible to grant or remove permissions so that your users can import and export lists of Leads, Companies, and Opportunities, ensuring precise and flexible control over access to this information.
When granting these permissions, users will be able to import/export Leads, Companies, and Opportunities as needed. Otherwise, only administrators will have this capability.
To manage the permissions, follow these steps:
Go to System Settings ⚙;
Select the option: Permission Group;
To create a new group click “+ New Group”, to edit an existing one, click “Edit”;
To enable the Import/Export role, simply check the checkbox ☑️; this process is done in Leads, Companies and Opportunities;
After making the changes, click “Save Changes”.
