# Permission Groups - Import and Export

## In SprintHub, it is possible to grant or remove permissions so that your users can import and export lists of Leads, Companies, and Opportunities, ensuring precise and flexible control over access to this information.

### To manage the permissions, follow these steps:

1. Go to System Settings ⚙;
2. Select the option: Permission Group;
3. To create a new group click “+ New Group”, to edit an existing one, click “Edit”;
4. To enable the Import/Export role, simply check the checkbox ☑️; this process is done in **Leads, Companies and Opportunities**;&#x20;
5. After making the changes, click “Save Changes”.
