# Permission Group - Live Chat

#### In SprintHub, it is possible to manage Live Chat usage permissions, allowing granting or removing access according to each user's needs. This feature covers both the chat-building stage and the use of the Chat in support via SAC 360º, providing more control, clarity, and convenience in defining permissions and ensuring that each employee has access only to the functions relevant to their role.

**CONCLUSION:**

Managing usage permissions for SprintHub's Live Chat is essential to ensure security, organization, and efficiency in support via SAC 360º. By defining who can build and/or use the chat, companies ensure that each employee has access only to the functionalities necessary for their role, preventing operational failures and optimizing the support workflow. Additionally, this flexibility in permission control contributes to better governance of operations and to the personalization of the customer support experience.
