## In SprintHub, if the Facebook form redirects to a site monitored by the system, that access will be linked to the Lead and recorded in its history.

### Check below the steps to perform this configuration:

1. **Go to the Form;**

* Go to System Settings and then to Forms;

> Put the Leads who filled out the form into some **segment;**
>
> \
> \&#xNAN;**"If the submitted form contains information of a lead that already exists in the system (based on your unique identification field settings) what should we do?"**
>
> * **Create a new Lead:** A new Lead is created, and the duplicate can be merged later;
> * **Update existing Lead:** Updates the data in the existing Lead, overwriting the information;
> * **Do not update the Lead:** It will be added to the Lead's history that the form was submitted again.

* **Save:** After configuring, save the automation.
