DirectAdmin DNS
Prerequisites
Before configuring a custom domain in DirectAdmin, make sure that:
You have a registered domain (Registro.br, GoDaddy, HostGator, etc.)
You have access to the panel DirectAdmin
You have an active hosting plan
You have access to edit the DNS of the domain
Step 1 – Access DirectAdmin
Access the DirectAdmin panel via the link provided by your hosting provider
Log in with username and password
Step 2 – Add the domain in DirectAdmin
In the main menu, click on Account Management or Account Manager
Select Domain Setup (Domain Configuration)
Click on Add New Domain (Add New Domain)
Enter the domain name (e.g.:
yourdomain.com.br)Click on Create or Save
After this step, DirectAdmin will automatically create the domain structure on the server.
Step 3 – Configure the domain DNS
After adding the domain in DirectAdmin, you need to point the DNS correctly.
Pointing via DNS records
Manually configure:
Name: enter a name for your subdomain. Ex.: lp.yourdomain.com.br | page.yourdomain.com.br
CNAME record: pointing to sh.sprinthub.page or sh2.sprinthub.page
⚠️ Important: DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours.

Configuring in SprintHub
Step 1: Accessing the Custom Domains Settings
In the SprintHub system settings panel, go to the Custom Domain. Click on Add domain to start the configuration process.

Step 2: Configuring the New Domain
In the window that will open, enter the domain you want to customize (e.g.: pages.yourdomain.com.br). The next step is to choose the validation method. The default and recommended method is DNS.
In the Domainfield, you will need to enter your domain address, and a CNAME pointing to sh.sprinthub.site.
After adding the domain, it will be necessary to validate it. The process involves adding a CNAME record in your domain's DNS settings, pointing to the provided address.

Instructions to add the CNAME:
Access your domain's DNS settings.
Create a new CNAME record.
In the Record / Host, enter the provided value.
In the Destination / Target, also enter the destination value provided by SprintHub.
Step 4: Saving the Settings
After filling in the fields with the correct values, save the settings in your DNS manager. Changes to CNAME records can take up to 72 hours to propagate and be validated. However, the process is usually faster.
