# Enable Instagram Messages

Imagine a situation where you have already integrated your professional Instagram account with SprintHub, configured the SAC 360 message filter to view Instagram messages, but still cannot receive messages. Your Instagram message box may be configured to limit message reception.

**Follow these step-by-step instructions to enable messages in your Instagram Direct:**

1 - Access Instagram settings via the 3 lines in the top left side menu, and go to “Messages and Story Replies”

3 - So that messages go directly to Direct, set the option to “Do Not Receive” so that messages do NOT fall into Instagram's hidden message request folder.

#### **Enabling in Meta Integration Settings**

For SprintHub to function correctly and be able to perform all necessary actions within your Meta account, **it is mandatory to grant all access and management permissions** during the integration.

This ensures that:

* Messages are sent and received without failures
* The system can synchronize conversations and page information
* Automations and features function correctly
* SprintHub has secure access to the required Meta APIs

Always check, when connecting the account, that **all permissions are marked as “Allow”**
