Interactive Messages are a way to send Buttons and Lists, via the official WhatsApp API, within the 24h window; that is, the sending is not charged.

Interactive Messages are a way to send Buttons and Lists via the official WhatsApp API, within the 24-hour window, meaning the sending is not charged.

It is also possible to configure an Official Backup Template. With this, when you try to send an Interactive Message via Automation and the 24-hour window is closed, the system will use the Official Template as a backup.
