Interactive Messages are a way to send Buttons and Lists, via the official WhatsApp API, within the 24h window, meaning the send is not charged.

Interactive Messages are a way to send Buttons and Lists via the official WhatsApp API within the 24-hour window, meaning the sending is not charged.

It is also possible to configure an Official Backup Template; thus, when you try to send an Interactive Message via Automation and the 24-hour window is closed, the system will use the Official Template as a backup.
