# Automation Flow - Did they submit a form?

In this automation, your flow will be triggered when a lead fills out a form.

To create your automation, go to the automation flow builder, click on '**Trigger**' and then choose '**Submitted a form?**'.

Next, choose which **form** you want to create the automation for, and set whether you want it to run only at **specific** times and on **days** specific days.

Based on the action taken by your lead, you can trigger an **Action** or a **Condition**. In the example, we will use an action.

You can modify the lead's segment to keep your lead base more organized, to send the right content to each segment, better nurturing your lead.

After the lead fills out the form with important information, such as name, phone number and email, you can execute the automation flow in several ways to meet your specific objectives.
