Configuring Z-API

In this tutorial, you will learn how to activate the integration, make the necessary configurations and start using Z-API within SprintHub to make your support faster and more organized.

Important: enable the option for messages to appear in the SAC

So that all messages sent by your WhatsApp — including those that you yourself send — appear correctly in the SprintHub 360º SAC, it is necessary to activate a setting within Z-API.

In the Z-API panel, enable the option:

✔️ “Notify sent by me as well”

This setting ensures that the system sends to SprintHub not only received messages, but also those sent from your number, allowing the entire history to be complete within the SAC.
