## Configuring Z-API

#### Important: enable the option for messages to appear in the SAC

So that all messages sent by your WhatsApp — including those that **you yourself send** — appear correctly in the **SprintHub 360º SAC**, it is necessary to activate a setting within Z-API.

In the Z-API panel, enable the option:

**✔️ “Notify sent by me as well”**

This setting ensures that the system sends to SprintHub not only received messages, but also those sent from your number, allowing the entire history to be complete within the SAC.
