Where: Settings → Sales Channels Set the sources (Website, Inside Sales, Referral…). Impact: appears on the Proposal; eases reporting by source.

Where: Settings → Contracts Create templates with variables (customer, amounts, terms). Impact: attach to the Proposal for full closing (proposal + contract).

Where: Settings → Payment Methods Enable PIX, Card, Boleto, Bank Transfer etc. (integrate gateways if you use them). Impact: options shown on the Proposal/Invoice and in emails.

Where: Settings → Payment Plans Create ready-made conditions (Cash, 30/60, Down payment + 3x, Recurring…). Impact: applies installment plans with 1 click on the Proposal/Invoice.

Where: Settings → Price Tiers Create tables (Standard, Partner, Wholesale…). Tip: you can leave the tiers created now and fill in the prices later, when registering products/services. Impact: on the Proposal select the tier and the prices already come correct.

Where: Settings → Branches Fill in business name, CNPJ/IN, address, contact and logo of your company. Impact: this data goes into the Proposal and Invoice PDFs.

Where: Settings → Products Register unit items (name, short description that goes on the PDF, unit, price, product image). Impact: building the Proposal becomes “add item”.

Where: Settings → Services Like Products, but for services (implementation, monthly fee, service image, consulting…). Impact: include services in the Proposal with standardized price/scope.
