# SAC 360º Automation - Identifying leads that interact with the ad with Tag and Segment

## With SAC automation, you can identify your leads through tags and segments based on their interactions with your ads on Meta.

### To create and run this automation follow the steps below:

1. **Create an Automation:**

* Go to SAC 360º via “Find Services”. Or simply type the name, and the feature appears.
* Go to the “Automations” feature and then click “+ New Automation”;

2\. **Configure and Save**

* **Enter a Title:** Give the automation a descriptive name.
* **Set up a Trigger:** Choose a trigger “Interact with an ad (Meta)”\
  \&#xNAN;*<mark style="color:blue;">You can limit by IDs or make it for all ads. It is also possible to include past interactions.</mark>*
* **Set the Condition:** Choose a condition of your preference.
* **Choose the Action:** Modify the Lead's tags and/or Modify the Lead segments
* **Configure** the Action.&#x20;
* **Describe** exactly what the action will do.
* **Save the Automation:** After configuring, save the automation.

3\. **Run the Automation:**

* Start the Automation: Press “play” to begin execution.
