SAC 360° Automation – Notify an employee when a new lead arrives

This automation will always notify an employee when a new lead comes in, sending a message via WhatsApp, email, or internal notification in Sprinthub, ensuring the attendant is quickly informed about new leads and preventing them from going unattended.

Inside the SAC, click the automations icon:

Click New Automation:

Within the settings, you will configure only the action of sending a message to the employee. It is not necessary to use a trigger or condition.

You can use either WhatsApp or email, and also the action to notify inside Sprinthub, which is the last topic

For sending notifications via WhatsApp, you only need to select the contact and define the message that will be sent.

For sending a notification by email, you need to choose the sender's email, define which user will receive that email, and configure the body of the message.

For sending a notification inside Sprinthub, just define the user and the message to be sent.

Before finalizing your automation, you need to limit it to the “Waiting” status, after that just save and test.
