SAC 360° Automation - Notify an employee that a new lead has arrived

It is possible to send a WhatsApp message or Email to agents triggered by actions performed with or by the Lead.

If the users of your system have email and WhatsApp number configured, you can send this type of notification through SAC 360 or CRM automations. However, this message will require a trigger, such as "Lead sent a message" or "Lead moved to another CRM stage" and so on, so that the attendant of that lead is notified.

Follow below an example inside SAC 360:

Inside SAC 360, click on the following icon.

Click on new automation

Within the automation selector, you define the trigger and the notification actions. There is the option to send a notification inside SprintHub, on WhatsApp or by email.

When you save your automation you can perform tests.

CRM automation:

The same steps can be followed in the CRM but opportunity automations are added, as follows below:

Access automations in the CRM.

Click on the "+" symbol to create a new automation

The same type of template as SAC, but there is no option to send via WhatsApp or email. Only notify users.

Save the automation and run the tests.
