# SAC 360° Automation - Bulk Message Sending with "Wait" in SAC 360°

Looking to understand how to route messages to Leads with a system of **"Wait"?** Let's break down each step below.

Inside SAC 360°, we will create an automation by clicking the corresponding icon.

When clicking, the option **"New Automation"** will be displayed; just select it.

Now let's configure the automation. Follow the step-by-step instructions.

No **"Trigger"**, you can choose between two options: **"TAG"** or **"SEGMENT"**.

In "Actions", you can select "Wait", allowing you to customize the pause according to your preference.

By adding a second "Action", you can add the option to **" Send a Message"**&#x20;

In the **"Additional Settings",** you can determine the trigger for this automation, leaving only a single trigger per Lead.

Remember, if the option is yes for "Only one single trigger per Lead", this automation will only be triggered once per lead, even if the service tickets are different.

To finish, click "Save", and your automation will be ready.&#x20;

By placing it on the SAC 360° Automations home screen, you need to click "Play"; then the automation will be available.
