# SAC 360° Automation - Always start a case with the same agent/salesperson in SprintHub

Have you ever had the problem where a lead is assigned to a salesperson, that salesperson closes the sale, and when the customer returns some time later they end up assigned to a different salesperson? This is frustrating for the salesperson who managed to win the customer and close the first sale. With this method, you will set an “OWNER” for the lead and every time this lead makes contact, it will always be assigned to that owner.
