# SAC 360º - How to locate services in List and Kanban views

SAC 360º offers two ways to view and track service tickets: **List** and **Kanban**. Each one has specific characteristics that make management easier according to the operation's needs.

In this article, you will learn how to locate a ticket in each of these views and understand the differences between them.

### List View

The view **List** organizes tickets in a linear way, using the **system's default statuses**.

Tickets can be in one of the following statuses:

* **Waiting:** ticket that has not yet been started or is waiting for an interaction from the customer or the agent.
* **In Progress:** ticket that is being handled, with active communication between customer and agent.

#### How to locate a ticket

1. Access **General → SAC 360º**.
2. Select the view **List**.
3. Use the status filters (**Waiting** or **In Progress**).
4. Find the desired ticket in the list.

> **Important:** Even if a ticket is linked to a Kanban stage, it will still have one of the system's default statuses. In List View, it will be displayed according to that status.

### Kanban View

The view **Kanban** organizes tickets into columns, representing the stages of the service flow.

The stages are fully **customizable**, allowing each company to adapt the process according to its operation. In addition, it is possible to create **multiple funnels**, each with its own stages, making it easier to organize different processes or teams.

#### How to locate a ticket

1. Access **General → SAC 360º**.
2. Select the view **Kanban**.
3. Choose the **funnel** desired.
4. Navigate through the stages until you locate the ticket.
5. If necessary, use the available filters to make the search easier.

#### Why might a ticket not appear in Kanban?

A ticket may not be found in the Kanban view for the following reasons:

* they **it is not linked to any Kanban stage**;
* it remains only with one of the **system's default statuses** (Waiting, In Progress, or Completed);
* or is located in **another funnel**.

In these cases, the ticket will continue to be displayed normally in the **List**, but it may not appear in Kanban until it is associated with a stage or the correct funnel is selected.

> **Example:** In the first example, the ticket is linked to a Kanban stage and, therefore, is displayed in that view. In the second example, the ticket remains only with the status **In Progress**, without being associated with a stage, and is displayed only in the List View.

### Conclusion

The views **List** and **Kanban** display the same tickets in different ways.

The view **List** is based on the **system's default statuses**, while the view **Kanban** organizes tickets into **customized stages**, distributed across one or more **funnels**.

If a ticket is not found in Kanban, check whether it is linked to a stage, whether the correct funnel is selected, or whether it remains only with one of the system's default statuses.
