# CRM - Send Message from the Opportunity Tab

To start a service from the opportunity tab in the CRM, click on the opportunity, and then on '**Send message**';

Select the **account** that you want to create the service;

Once done, the service will be created and you will be able to send messages normally to the **opportunity lead**;
