# CRM - How to move opportunities by automation

You can also move pipeline or stage opportunities through CRM automations. 

In this example, we will create a stage automation in which when the lead replies to the message, we will move the opportunity to the next stage within the same pipeline.

Follow the step-by-step below:

1 - Go to CRM;

2 - Click the automation icon, then click + to create a new automation in this stage.<br>

3 - Add a title, then set:&#x20;

* **Trigger**: When the lead sends a message >> Any message, and also set the message channel.
* **Action**: Change the opportunity's pipeline/stage >> Choose the destination and save.

Leave only a single trigger per lead, and the status open.
