CRM - How to mark opportunities as “Lost” by lead creation date

Imagine that you have a pipeline with opportunities linked to old leads, and you want to change the status of these opportunities to “Lost”.

Follow these steps:

1 - Access the pipeline;

2 - Choose the pipeline;

3 - Click the automation icon, choose “Pipeline Automation”, and finally select “ + New automation”;

NOTE: Pipeline automation will perform the action at all stages.

But you can also configure this same automation per stage by clicking the + icon on the desired stage.

4 - Enter a title;

• In + Condition, choose “The Lead Field Value >> Creation Date, configure according to the desired date;

• In + Action choose “Change opportunity status” >> Choose the status and the reason.

• Select YES for “Only a single trigger per lead, and click Save
