CRM - How to automatically change the position of leads in the funnel

In the sales funnel, it is possible to configure the position of leads so that when they send a message their position changes automatically.

1. CRM Preferences

1. In the Funnel List, choose the existing funnel to edit by clicking Settings. If you want to create a new funnel, click + New Funnel. In this example, we clicked Settings.

1. Click Edit

1. Select Yes to Move opportunity automatically. Save the setting.
