# CRM - How to add tags in bulk

Imagine that you want to add tags to all open opportunities in a pipeline.

Follow these steps:

* Before we begin, you need to have the tag already created.[ To learn how to create tags, click here](https://docs.sprinthub.com/topicos/configuracoes/tags)

1 - Access the CRM and choose the pipeline

In this case we will use the pipeline automation to add tags in all stages of this pipeline.&#x20;

**To add the tag to one or more specific stages, indicate them in the condition field.**

In the automation editor add:

* The automation title
* Trigger: The time of day is >> Specify a time
* Condition: The lead has an opportunity >> Specify the pipeline >> If you want one or more specific stages, indicate the stages. In our case, we left it empty to capture all opportunities from all stages.
* Action: Modify the lead's tags >> Specify the tag, save the automation<br>

Select yes to execute the automation on already EXISTING OPEN opportunities

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.sprinthub.com/en/topics/general/crm/crm-common-questions/crm-how-to-add-tags-in-bulk.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
