CRM - Direct Funnel/Stage Change in the Opportunity Card

See how to change the Pipeline/Stage Opportunity directly in the card, without the need for automations or switching to queue mode. This makes the flow more agile and improves the user experience.

Follow the steps below:

• Go to the CRM via “Find Services”. Or just type the name, and the function appears.

• Enter an Opportunity card by clicking on the title;

• Click the gear icon ⚙️ and select the “Move to another pipeline” option.
