# CRM - Action Bar

The **Action Bar** of the CRM allows you to perform **quick actions on multiple opportunities at the same time**, making it easier to manage and organize the sales funnel.

The bar appears automatically when **one or more opportunities are selected** in the CRM list.

### Available actions

When opportunities are selected, the following actions become available in the bar:

* ✔️ **Unselect**\
  Removes the selection from the marked opportunities.
* 🗄️ **Archive**\
  Moves the selected opportunities to history, so they no longer appear in the active funnel.
* 🔄 **Move funnel opportunities**\
  Allows you to move the selected opportunities to **another funnel or funnel stage**.
* 🔄 **Move stage opportunities**\
  Allows you to move the selected opportunities to **another stage in the same funnel**.
* 📤 **Export**\
  Exports the selected opportunities to a file, making external analysis easier.
* 👤 **Transfer user opportunities**\
  Allows you to transfer responsibility for the selected opportunities to **another system user**.
* 🔁 **Change Status**\
  Updates the **status of the selected** opportunities.
* ✅ **Create Tasks**\
  Creates tasks linked to the selected opportunities.
* 🗑️ **Delete Opportunities**\
  Permanently removes the selected opportunities from the system.

The **Action Bar** is a feature that helps **optimize CRM management**, allowing batch actions and saving time in opportunity administration.
