# CRM Automation changing the owner of the Opportunity

## In SprintHub it is possible to change the person responsible for the Opportunity and do so automatically, optimizing working time in your CRM.&#x20;

### Follow the steps below:&#x20;

1. **Create the automation:**&#x20;

* Access your CRM: Go to the Automations section.
* Start creation: Click "Create Automation" using the "+" button.

2\. **Configure and Save**:

* **Enter a Title:** Give the automation a descriptive name.
* **Set up a Trigger:** Choose a trigger of your preference (in the example, “An opportunity field is updated” was used).
* **Set the Condition:** Choose a condition of your preference (in the example, “The opportunity value is...” was used).
* **Choose the Action:** Change the person responsible for the opportunity.
* **Configure the Action:** Choose the “type of assignee” to be inserted and then save.
* **Describe** exactly what the action will do.
* **Additional Settings:** Choose according to your strategy.
* **Save the Automation:** After configuring, save the automation.

3\. **Run the Automation:**

* Start the Automation: Press “play” to begin execution.
