With this automation running, you will be in a better position to track sales opportunities and ensure that no important closing date is forgotten. This can help improve your sales team's efficiency and effectiveness and keep your customers satisfied.

Access the **CRM**, and click on **Automations**;

Set the **title** and the **condition**, which, in this case, will be '*Expected closing date exceeded*'.

Configure the **condition** that must be met for the **automation to be triggered**.&#x20;

Determine what you want the CRM to do when the condition is met.

In the example, we will use '**Send a WhatsApp to the employee**'. This will cause the employee to be alerted about the delay in the expected closing date.&#x20;

*But you can set other conditions, such as:*

'**Send an Email to the lead'**: Automatically send an email to the lead informing them about the delay in the closing date and offering a new date.

Set up the message to be sent to your employee. Enter the account that will send the message, the account that will receive it, and describe the message.&#x20;

After saving your automation, click on the '<mark style="color:green;">**Play**</mark>' icon to activate it.&#x20;

*With the automation configured, whenever an expected closing date is delayed, your employee will receive a WhatsApp notification to be alerted about the delay and take the necessary actions.*
