CRM - Automation of Registering "Won" or "Lost" Opportunities in the Sales Funnel

Inside the CRM, you can choose the desired funnel and stage. Next, we will create a "Automation for the chosen Stage".

In the template below of "Stages", we placed for "Win Automation" in the Stage of Resolved and for "Loss Automation" will be in the Stage of Finished.

In the "Automation" and in the Stage of "Resolved"(Win) or "Finished" (Loss) , we will click on the "New automation for this stage".

By performing the procedure mentioned above, we will assemble the automation.

Remembering that in this Automation, the "Trigger" and "Condition", only the "Action".

To "Win Automation" or " Loss Automation"

We will add the "Action" of " Change Opportunity Status"

Now, we will choose for "Win" or "Loss", also the "Reason".

It is important to remember that after refreshing the screen, the opportunity status will be automatically applied as Win or Loss.
