# Contacts - How to Filter Leads With an Opportunity Created

#### Step-by-step to Filter Leads by Opportunity

1. **On the Dashboard home screen**

* In the main menu, click the search bar.
* Select the General option and then click Lead.

2. **Go to the Leads Page**

* Once you are on the Leads screen, go to the filters area.

3. **Use Filters to Segment Leads**

* Select the funnel you want to filter.
* Choose the opportunity status.
* Set the funnel stage.
* Click Filter.

4. **Check the Results**

* After applying the filters, the filtered Leads will be displayed on the screen.
* To ensure the filters were applied correctly, click the desired Lead and go to the Opportunities tab.
* Verify that the filters used correspond to the opportunities for that Lead.
