Deleting or Archiving Anonymous Contacts

The anonymous contacts are website visitors who browse without providing contact information, such as by filling out a form. Despite being limited, some data, such as IP and location (city/state), can be captured through a tracking configuration in SprintHub.

The Landing Page or AI Landing Page created in SprintHub already has this tracking configured. Even if there is no signup form or WhatsApp shortened link for the visitor to identify themselves, anonymous contacts.


Anonymous Contact Storage Time

The storage duration of anonymous contacts varies according to the plan contracted in SprintHub. This definition is essential to ensure efficient management and strategic use of this data.

Check the retention periods by plan:

  • Traction Plan: anonymous contacts are stored for up to 4 months.

  • Growth Plan: the storage period extends for up to 6 months.

  • Enterprise Plan: storage of up to 12 months.

How to Manually Delete or Archive Anonymous Contacts

If you want to delete or archive anonymous contacts manually, follow the step-by-step below:

Access the “Contacts” feature

Menu → General → Contacts Or type the feature name in Find Services.

Locating anonymous contacts

Click the indicated button for Anonymous Contacts.

How can you identify anonymous contacts?

The anonymous contacts have one thing in common: they do not have a registered name, but they show information such as location, creation date, and last recorded activity.

Archive or delete

Select the desired contact and click “Archive” or “Delete”.

This process allows you to organize your data in a practical way, keeping only the most relevant information in the system.
