# Contacts - Nurture Contacts with AI

The feature **Nurture Contacts with AI** allows enriching and updating leads and customers data automatically. This way, your database stays always complete and organized, without having to manually enter all the information.

* **Searches for and suggests additional information** about the contact.
* **Updates incomplete or outdated data**.
* **Ensures consistency** in the records.

### ⚙️ How to grant the permission (standard users)

Users with the **standard** profile can only use contact nurturing if they have the permission enabled in the permission group.

📌 **Step by step:**

1. Go to **System Settings**.
2. Access **Permission Groups**.
3. Choose the desired group.
4. Within the **SprintHub > Leads**, enable the permission to **Use AI Nurturing**.

### 📍 How to access nurturing on the contact

After enabling the permission, follow these steps:

1. Open the menu **Find Service**.
2. Go to **General > Leads**.
3. Choose the desired contact.
4. Inside the contact record, use the option **Nurture Contact with AI** to update the information.
